A researcher-made questionnaire with a Likert scale was designed to assess personal characteristics and included 29 specialized questions across three key areas: information, management, and education in crises situation. A Cronbach's alpha of 0.96% confirmed that the questionnaire had high reliability. For data analyze, SPSS version 26 and version 4.3.3 of R software were used. The study applied confirmatory factor analysis, t-tests and Friedman tests to evaluate the findings.
Results
In this study, 101 individuals from the statistical population participated by completing the questionnaire. Among them,8 participants (7.92%) had less than 5 years of experience, 13 participants (12.87%) between 5-10 years, 15 participants (14.85%) between 11-15 years, 20 participants (19.8%) between 16-20 years, and 45 participants (44.55%) more than 20 years. Factor loading analysis of media attachment performance revealed the following dimensions: information (0.92), management (0.72), and training (0.59). The results indicated that the information dimension holds a stronger influence compared to management and training. The most critical indicator in the management sector was crisis management instructions based on its severity and type, with a factor loading of 0.82.
Conclusions
The study is findings showed that the factors and indicators of the media attachment model of the organization's public relations are generally average. Enhancing management and training factors is essential to meeting current information standards.
