fa وجود آلوآنتی‌بادی در یک بیمار با سقط‌های مکرر طب انتقال خون Blood transfusion medicine گزارش مورد case report <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;">چکیده</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>سابقه و هدف </em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>آلوآنتی‌بادی‌های غیره منتظره، در سرم بیمارانی که سابقه تزریق خون یا بارداری داشته‌اند یافت می‌شوند و موجب ایجاد عوارض در بیمار به دنبال تزریق خون می‌گردند. این گزارش نشان داد که تجسس آنتی‌بادی در زنان باردار ضروری است.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"><strong><em>مورد</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>در یک گزارش مورد، خانم 30 ساله‌ای که پنج مورد سقط در ماه‌های 9-7 بارداری داشت و در یکی از زایمان‌ها </strong><strong>4</strong><strong> واحد خون دریافت کرده بود بررسی شد. در زمان مراجعه برای آزمایش‌های غربالگری، در هفته 19 بارداری بود. در بررسی غربالگری آنتی‌بادی و تعیین نوع آنتی‌بادی، به ترتیب 2 سلول از 3 سلول پانل سه تایی و 8 سلول از 11 سلول پانل سه‌تایی در فازهای مختلف دمایی واکنش مثبت مشاهد شد. جهت تایید نهایی نوع آنتی بادی از </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">Selected Cells</span></strong><strong> و </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">Enzyme treatment</span></strong><strong> استفاده شد.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>نتیجه گیری</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>مطالعه‌ها نشان داد که شیوع این آلوآنتی‌بادی‌ها در سرم بیمارانی که سابقه تزریق خون و بارداری مکرر داشته‌اند بیشتر است. با توجه به نتایج حاصله، بیمار دارای آنتی </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">D</span></strong><strong> و آنتی </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">E</span></strong><strong> بود، لذا توصیه می‌شود در صورت نیاز به تزریق خون، از خون فاقد آنتی‌ژن </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">D</span></strong><strong> و </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">E</span></strong><strong> جهت تزریق به بیمار تجویز شود.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:35.1pt;"><strong><em>Background and Objectives</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">Unexpected alloantibodies in the sera of patients who have a history of blood transfusion or pregnancy were found; they caused complications in a patient following blood transfusion.</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Case</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">A 30-year-old woman with a history of five abortions at months 7 and 9 and with a history of 4 units of blood transfusion in one of her pregnancies referred for screening tests at the week 19th of her pregnancy. In antibody screening and genotyping, 2 cells of the 3 cells of the triple panel and 8 cells of the 11 cells of the triple panel showed positive reactions at different temperature degrees, respectively. Selected Cells and Enzyme treatment were used for the final confirmation of antibody typing.</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Conclusions&nbsp; </em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">The studies show that the incidence of these alloantibodies is higher in the sera of patients who have a history of blood transfusion and recurrent pregnancies.
