fa همبستگی تصویر ذهنی با ناامیدی در بیماران 10 الی 21 سال مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور شهرکرد عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt">چکیده</p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>سابقه و هدف </strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>تالاسمی، نوعی کم خونی است که فرد در اثر بیماری دچار تغییر شکل صورت و اندام‌ها می‌شود و تصویر ذهنی بدی از خود پیدا می‌کند که می‌تواند خطر بروز ناامیدی را افزایش دهد. اخیراً وضعیت سلامت روانی این بیماران، مورد توجه مسئولین بهداشتی قرار گرفته است.</strong> <strong>این پژوهش با هدف بررسی همبستگی تصویر ذهنی با ناامیدی در بیماران10 الی 21 سال مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور در شهرکرد انجام شد.</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.85pt"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>در این مطالعه توصیفی - همبستگی، جامعه مورد مطالعه بیماران 10 الی 21 سال مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمانی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد در سال 1393 بودند. 110 بیمار مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور در مطالعه شرکت کردند و تصویر ذهنی و ناامیدی آنان توسط پرسشنامه تصویر ذهنی آفر و پرسشنامه ناامیدی بک سنجیده شد. نتایج با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، </strong><strong><span dir="ltr">t</span></strong><strong> مستقل و من‌ویتنی‌یو تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. </strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>نتایج حاکی از این بود که 7/66% این بیماران، تصویر ذهنی متوسط و 3/37% آن‌ها  تا حدودی ناامیدی، داشتند. با ضریب همبستگی 554/0 و 001/0</strong><strong><span dir="ltr">p< </span></strong><strong> ، بین میانگین تصویر ذهنی و ناامیدی ارتباط آماری معناداری وجود داشت.</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>برنامه‌ریزی به منظور ارتقاء سطح آگاهی، شرکت در کلاس‌ها و ارائه خدمات مشاوره روان پرستاری،  برنامه‌های آموزشی و مشاوره‌ای صدا و سیما در کنار ارائه خدمات کلینیکی و درمانی، جهت بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور دارای اهمیت می‌باشد.</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.85pt"></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 35.1pt"><strong><em>Background and Objectives</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt">Thalassemia is a kind of anemia that causes the patient&#39s malformation of face and lips. As a result, the patient&#39s mental image will be distorted, which can increase the risk for hopelessness among the patients. Recently‚ research efforts have started to be conducted on the patients’ mental health conditions to which the health officials are urged to attend. The present article studied the correlation between mental image and hopelessness in 10-21 year old patients who suffer from major thalassemia in Shahrekord.</p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"><strong><em>Materials and Methods</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt">In this correlational-descriptive study, the subject community included those 10-21 year old patients with major thalassemia who had referred to teaching universities of Shahrekord University of Medical University 110 patients participated in the study and their mental image and hopelessness were both measured via two distinctive questionnaires (the Offer self-image and the Beck hopelessness scale). The data were gathered, analyzed, and investigated using parametric and non-parametric methods.</p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"><strong><em>Results</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt">The findings indicated that 66.7% of  the patients had average mental image and 37.3% were somehow hopeless.
