fa سطح آگاهی و نوع نگرش کادر مامایی ـ پرستاری شاغل در درمانگاه‌های پره‌ناتال و اورژانس‌های زایمان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در زمینه اهدای خون بند ناف سلولهاي بنيادي Stem cells پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;">چکیده</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>سابقه و هدف </em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>خون بند ناف در درمان بیماری‌های مختلف از جمله انواع سرطان‌ها حایز اهمیت می‌باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی سطح آگاهی و نوع نگرش کادر مامایی- پرستاری شاغل در درمانگاه‌های پره‌ناتال و اورژانس‌های زایمان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در زمینه اهدای خون بند ناف در سال 1390 بود.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"><strong><em>مواد و روش‌ها</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>در یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشتمل بر سه بخش اصلی خصوصیات فردی و شغلی(11 سؤال)، آگاهی(13 سؤال) و نگرش(25 سؤال) توسط 149 نفر از کادر مامایی ـ پرستاری تکمیل شد. امتیاز بخش آگاهی به 3 گروه آگاهی ضعیف(کمتر از 8)، متوسط(15-8) و خوب(بالاتر از 16) و امتیاز بخش نگرش به 3 قسمت نگرش منفی(کمتر از 25)، بی‌تفاوت یا خنثی(26 تا 50) و مثبت(بالاتر از 51) طبقه‌بندی گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری 16</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></strong><strong> و از طریق آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن)، انجام شد.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>یافته‌ها</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>حدود نیمی از افراد از سطح آگاهی متوسط(9/45%) و اکثریت آن‌ها(9/87%) از نگرش مثبتی برخوردار بودند. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره آگاهی و نگرش، به ترتیب، 49/5 </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span></strong><strong> 36/12 و 29/18 </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span></strong><strong> 23/74 به دست آمد. بین دو متغیر آگاهی و نگرش، ارتباط آماری معنا‌دار وجود نداشت.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>نتیجه گیری</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و اطلاع‌رسانی درباره اهدای خون بند ناف، جهت ارتقاء سطح آگاهی، ضروری می‌باشد.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Background and Objectives</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">Umbilical cord blood for the treatment of various diseases including types of cancer is important. The purpose of this study was to survey the knowledge and attitude of midwifery- nursing personnel in prenatal clinics and emergency obstetric affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences towards cord blood donation in 1390 (Iranian calendar).</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Materials and Methods</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">In this descriptive survey research, A self-made questionnaire consisting of three parts of personal and job characteristics (11 questions), knowledge (13 questions), and attitudes (25 questions) were completed by 149 Midwifery-Nursing personnel. The score of the knowledge part was divided into three groups (less than 8), medium (8-15) and good (above 16) and the score of attitude part was divided into three parts of negative attitude (less than 25), indifferent or neutral (26 to 50) and positive (greater than 51). Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software (version 16) and&nbsp; descriptive and&nbsp; inferential statistics (Spearman Correlation Coefficient).</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Results</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">About half of the participants had a medium knowledge (45.9%) and the majority of them (87.9%) had a positive attitude. The mean scoreS of knowledge and attitude were 12.36 &plusmn; 5.49 and 74.23 &plusmn; 18.29, respectively.
