fa حسابرسی مراقبت‌های پرستاری مرتبط با هموویژلانس در بخش‌های بیمارستان مفید تهران سال 1393 طب انتقال خون Blood transfusion medicine پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;">چکیده</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>سابقه و هدف </em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>تزریق خون و فرآورده</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>های خونی یکی از مهم</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>ترین درمان</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>های مورد استفاده در اطفال بوده و نیازمند مراقبت‌های پرستاری استاندارد قبل، حین و بعد از تزریق است</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">.</span></strong><strong> لذا، بررسی نحوه اجرای فرآیند هموویژلانس توسط پرستاران و دیگر مراقبان بهداشتی، می</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>تواند جنبه&shy;های مختلف نقصان و خطاهای هموویژلانس را مشخص کند. مقایسه نحوه ارایه مراقبت&shy;های فعلی با استاندارد&shy;های موجود، می&shy;تواند برنامه&shy;ریزی برای ارتقای کیفیت کار پرستاری، افزایش ایمنی بیمار و هم چنین کاهش هزینه&shy;های درمانی را به دنبال داشته باشد. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش، حسابرسی مراقبت&shy;های پرستاری مرتبط با هموویژلانس بود.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"><strong><em>مواد و روش‌ها</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>در پژوهش توصیفی حاضر، تعداد 132 مورد مراقبت پرستاری در رابطه با هموویژلانس مورد مشاهده و بررسی قرار گرفت. از روش نمونه&shy;گیری از رویداد و چک&shy; لیست سه بخشی جهت جمع&shy;آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها توسط آزمون کای‌دو و نرم‌افزار 21 </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></strong><strong> انجام شد.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>یافته‌ها</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>میزان مطابقت با استاندارد&shy;های هموویژلانس در کل حیطه&shy;های مورد پژوهش در بخش&shy;های بیمارستان مفید، مرتبط با بخش درخواست چک لیست در حد 68% ، در رابطه با بخش تزریق چک لیست در حد 7/63% و در رابطه با بخش مستند&shy;سازی چک لیست در حد 6/76% بود. نمره کل مراقبت&shy;ها در کل حیطه&shy;های مورد پژوهش در حد 8/65% بود. </strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>نتیجه گیری</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>مراقبت&shy;های پرستاری مرتبط با هموویژلانس اطفال در حد 8/65% ارزیابی گردید که نشان می&shy;دهد میزان مراقبت&shy;ها با استاندارد&shy;ها فاصله دارند. این امر را می‌توان به عدم توجه مراقبت&shy;کنندگان در این خصوص و نارسایی در آموزش مربوط دانست.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:35.1pt;"><strong><em>Background and Objectives</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">Blood transfusions and blood products are used in infants for treatment and it needs to meet the high standards of nursing care before, during and after the procedure. Therefore, investigating how nurses and other health care providers implement Haemovigilance can shed light on the various aspects of the program failures or faults. The aim of this study was to audit nursing care regarding Haemovigilance in different wards of Mofid Hospital in 2014.</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Materials and Methods</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">A descriptive study of 132 cases in which nursing care for infants in relation to Haemovigilance were observed and evaluated. Event sampling method was applied and the 3-phase checklist was used in which &ldquo;blood order&rdquo;, &quot;transfusion procedure&quot; and &quot;documentation&quot; were addressed. To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics using SPSS was used.</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Results</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">Compliance with Haemovigilance in all areas of research in infant and neonatal intensive care units in connection with &ldquo;Request&rdquo; phase is 68% in relation to &ldquo;transfusion&rdquo; phase is 63.7%, and for &ldquo;documentation&rdquo; phase 76.6%. The total score in all areas of the present study was 59.6%.</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Conclusions</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">Nursing care associated with Haemovigilance was assessed to be 65.8% indicating the gap between the practice and the standards.
