fa کریز میاستنی گراویس به دنبال تزریق بوتاکس و درمان آن با پلاسما فرزیس طب انتقال خون Blood transfusion medicine گزارش مورد case report <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt">چکیده</p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>سابقه و هدف </strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>امروزه بوتاکس، به منظور کاهش چروک‌های صورت و چانه استفاده فراوان دارد. عوارض جانبی تزریق آن، بسیار نادر است. هدف از تحقیق زیر، معرفی یک مورد از عوارض نادر تزریق بوتاکس بود. </strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.85pt"><strong>مورد</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>بیمار خانم 30 ساله‌ای بود که به دلیل پتوز، دیپلوپی، اختلال در بلع و صحبت کردن و ضعف عضلانی مراجعه ‌نموده سابقه تزریق 3 نوبت بوتاکس در ماه گذشته را می‌داد. در معاینه، ضعف عضلات اکستانسور گردن، چشمی، حلقی و تنفسی دیده شد. بیمار با تشخیص میاستنی گراویس، تحت حمایت تنفسی و پلاسما فرزیس درمانی قرار گرفت و ضعف عضلانی وی بهبود یافت. </strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.25pt"><strong>میاستنی گراویس توسط اتوآنتی‌بادی‌های رسپتور استیل کولین یا صفحات انتهایی حرکتی در محل اتصال نوروماسکولر ایجاد می‌شود . پلاسمافرزیس درمانی، سطوح پلاسمایی این اتوآنتی‌بادی را پایین می‌آورد.</strong></p> <p dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36.85pt"></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 35.1pt"><strong><em>Background and Objectives</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt">Botox decreases wrinkles in face and chin. This article presents one of this<a name="_GoBack"></a> rare cases.</p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"><strong><em>Case</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt">A 30-year-old woman with petosis, diplopia, dysartheria, dysphagia and muscle weakness was admitted to the hospital. She had no history of disease. She had three Botox injections during the preceding month. In the examination, muscle weakness 4/5 (cervical extensor, ocular and pharynx) was detected. Her diagnosis was myasthenia gravis. With TPE, force enhancement after muscle stretch was seen and she was separated from artificial ventilation.</p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt"><strong><em>Conclusions  </em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left: 34.85pt">Myasthenia gravis is caused by antibody-acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction or motor end plate.
