fa مراکز پذیره نویسی اهداکنندگان بزرگسال سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز به غیر خویشاوند: در جهان و ایران سلولهاي بنيادي Stem cells مروري Review Article <p> <strong> </strong></p><p align="right">  چکید ه </p><p align="right"> <strong><i> سابقه و هدف </i></strong></p><p align="right"> <strong> بیش از پنج دهه است که پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز برای درمان بیماران مبتلا به بدخیمی‌های خونی, اختلالات متابولیکی و نقایص ایمنی مقدور است. پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی از گیرنده با </strong><strong>HLA </strong><strong>مشابه ارجح است و معمولاً اولین انتخاب، خواهر و برادر بیمار می‌باشند. در صورت عدم وجود اهداکننده خویشاوند, اهداکننده غیرخویشاوند قابل لحاظ است. </strong></p><p align="right"> <strong><i> مواد و روش‌ها </i></strong></p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="right"> <strong> مقاله مروری حاضر با استفاده از 29 منبع مختلف به بررسی اهمیت مراکز پذیره‌نویسی از اهداکنندگان غیر خویشاوند ( </strong><strong>Unrelated Donor Registries </strong><strong>)؛ و بیان برخی قوانین مربوطه پرداخته و پیشینه پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز( </strong><strong>(HSCT </strong><strong>و تشکیلات مرتبط؛ اهمیت و ضرورت شباهت </strong><strong>HLA </strong><strong>بین دهنده و گیرنده به منظور جلوگیری از بروز بیماری پیوند علیه میزبان؛ برخی معیارهای انتخاب اهداکننده و ضرورت تاسیس مراکز پذیرش اهداکنندگان در جهان و ایران را به منظور معرفی این مراکز به علاقمندان به موضوع مطرح می‌سازد. </strong></p><p align="right"> <strong><i> یافته‌ها </i></strong></p><p align="right"> <strong> مراکز پذیره‌نویسی از اهداکنندگان غیر خویشاوند بر احساسات مثبت اهداکنندگان در اهدای نوع دوستانه جهت نجات جان بیماران متکی هستند. مراکز کشورهای مختلف به یکدیگر پیوسته و گروه‌ها و مجامع جهانی و بین‌المللی را به منظور تسهیل یافتن اهداکننده مناسب و ارتقای نتایج پیوند از غیر خویشاوند تشکیل داده‌اند. </strong></p><p align="right"> <strong><i> نتیجه‌گیری </i></strong></p><p align="right"> <strong> از اولین پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز تاکنون، پیشرفت‌های شگرفی برای نجات جان بیماران انجام شده که مرهون پیشگامان این علم, همکاری‌های گروهی و تبادل سلول‌های بنیادی تحت فعالیت تشکیلات بین‌المللی است که پیرو استانداردهای خاصی می‌باشند. </strong></p><p align="right">  <strong></strong></p> <p> <strong> Abstract </strong><strong></strong></p><p> <strong><i>Background and Objectives</i></strong></p><p> It is more than 5 decades that hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) has been used for treatment of hematologic malignancies, metabolic disordes, and immunodeficiencies. (HLA)-matched HSCT is commonly the preferred type of transplantation, with HLA-matched sibling donors usually the first choice. If there is no related HLA-matched donor, unrelated matched donors are considered.</p><p>  </p><p> <strong><i>Materials and Methods</i></strong></p><p> The present article shows the importance of unrelated stem cell donor registries, related regulations and policies, HSCT history, the importance of donor-recipient HLA matching to GVHD inhibition, several donor selection measures, establishment requirements of such registries in the world and Iran, using 29 different references in order to introduce these centers to interested researchers.</p><p>  </p><p> <strong><i>Results</i></strong></p><p> These Registries rely on positive feelings of unrelated donors to altruistic donation to save patients.
