fa کارآزمایی‌های بالینی با استفاده از سلول‌های بنیادی سلولهاي بنيادي Stem cells تاريخچه نگاري Historical Rreview <p align="right">  چکید ه </p><p align="right"> <strong> نتایج مطالعه‌های انجام شده </strong><strong></strong><strong>طی سال‌های اخیر حکایت از اثر بخشی سلول‌های بنیادی در ترمیم بافت‌های آسیب دیده و درمان بیماری‌های‌ مختلف در مدل‌های حیوانی دارد، اما در انسان، کارایی سلول درمانی تنها برای درمان اختلالات خونی و بعضی بیماری‌های سیستم ایمنی به اثبات رسیده و اثر بخشی استفاده از این سلول‌ها برای درمان سایر بیماری‌ها هنوز در فازهای مختلف کارآزمایی بالینی می‌باشد. در این مطالعه سعی شده است نتایج به دست آمده از این کارآزمایی‌ها و وضعیت استفاده از این سلول‌ها، در درمان بیماری‌های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. بدین منظور ابتدا مراحل کارآزمایی بالینی، قوانین و مقررات لازم برای انجام کارآزمایی بالینی و آماری از کارآزمایی‌های بالینی انجام شده در دنیا بیان می‌شوند و سپس انواع سلول‌های بنیادی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه‌ها و نتایج حاصل از آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرند. آمار استفاده شده در مطالعه حاضر با انتخاب کلید واژه‌ </strong><strong>Stem Cell </strong><strong>در سایت کارآزمایی بالینی به نشانی </strong><strong>( </strong><strong>http://www. clinicaltrials.gov </strong><strong>) </strong><strong>، به دست آمد و از مطالب موجود در چندین مقاله مروری در زمینه کارآزمایی‌های بالینی سلول‌های بنیادی نیز استفاده گردید. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از این بررسی می‌توان عنوان کرد که اگر چه در فازهای اولیه کارآزمایی‌های بالینی، گزارش‌هایی مبنی بر مخاطره‌آمیز بودن استفاده از سلول‌های بنیادی بالغ، در بالین وجود ندارد، اما قضاوت در مورد اثربخش بودن این نوع درمان، احتیاج به گذشت زمان و بررسی نتایج نهایی فازهای بالینی در حال انجام دارد. </strong></p><p>  </p> <p>  <strong></strong></p><p>  <strong>Abstract</strong> </p><p> In animal models, the results of studies have shown the efficacy of stem cells in repairing tissues and curing different diseases however, in humans the effectiveness of cell therapy has proven in blood disorders and the immune system. Different phases of clinical trials on the other uses of stem cells are also underway. In this study, the published results of the clinical trials conducted were evaluated. For this purpose, at first, the stages of clinical trials, the guidelines for the clinical translation of stem cells, and the number of clinical trials on the use of stem cells were studied then, the results of clinical trials using different kinds of stem cells were assessed. The data were obtained by selecting the key word of “stem cells” in the public clinical trials database “<a href="http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/"> http://www.clinicaltrials.gov </a>” and using several review articles in the field of clinical trials of stem cells.
