fa اهمیت ویژیلانس و جذب اهداکنندگان سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز The Critical Significance of Vigilance and Recruitment of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Donors طب انتقال خون Blood transfusion medicine نامه به سردبیر Letter to the Editor <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده سابقه و هدف  پیوند آلوژنیک سلول‌های بنیادی خون‌ساز (allo-HSCT) یکی از مؤثرترین روش‌های درمانی برای بدخیمی‌های خونی و بسیاری از بیماری های هماتولوژیک است. با توجه به اهمیت فزاینده این درمان، نیاز به افزایش آگاهی در مورد مراقبت (ویژیلانس) از اهداکنندگان سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز و جذب مؤثر آنان احساس می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ابعاد مراقبتی از اهداکنندگان سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز و ارائه راهکارهایی برای جذب بیشتر آن‌هاست. مواد و روش‌ها این نامه به سردبیر، با تحلیل منابع معتبر بین‌المللی و داده‌های تجربی، به بررسی فرآیندهای ارزیابی و غربالگری، پیگیری و حمایت از اهداکنندگان سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز پرداخته و همچنین راهکارهایی برای ارتقاء سیستم‌های جذب و مراقبت ارائه می‌دهد. یافته‌ها سیستم ویژیلانس شامل غربالگری دقیق، پایش فرآیند اهدا، ثبت عوارض جانبی و مدیریت آن و پی‌گیری بلند مدت اهداکنندگان است. وجود زیرساخت‌های مناسب، ارتقاء آگاهی عمومی، استفاده از ظرفیت اهداکنندگان داوطلب خون و ایجاد سیستم‌های ثبت و مراقبت ساختار یافته از اهداکنندگان، تأثیر چشمگیری در افزایش اثربخشی مراکز پیوند و مراکز پذیره‌نویسی اهداکنندگان سلول‌های بنیادی دارد. هم‌چنین تأکید بر مسائل اخلاقی و حمایت روانی و اجتماعی از اهداکنندگان، موجب افزایش اعتماد و مشارکت آنان می‌شود. نتیجه گیری             تقویت سیستم‌های ویژیلانس و افزایش آگاهی جامعه نسبت به فرآیند اهدا و اهمیت آن، نه تنها موجب بهبود سلامت اهداکنندگان می‌شود، بلکه به دسترسی بیماران به درمان‌های حیاتی و افزایش موفقیت پیوند کمک می‌کند. پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاست‌گذاری‌های منسجم برای توسعه و یکپارچه&lrm;سازی مراکز پذیره‌نویسی اهدای داوطلبانه سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز با رعایت موارد اخلاقی و ارتقاء سلامت عمومی اتخاذ شود.    </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">A B S T R A C T Background and Objectives Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) stands as a cornerstone treatment for hematologic malignancies and various blood disorders. As its utilization continues to grows, ensuring donor awareness and effective recruitment strategies have become increasingly crucial. This study aims to examine key aspects of donor care and propose measures to improve donor engagement. Materials and Methods This letter to the editor highlights evidence from international scientific literature and experiential data to explore critical aspects of donor assessment, screening, follow-up, and care. Additionally, it outlines practical recommendations aimed at strengthening donor recruitment and vigilance systems ensuring a more effective approach to stem cell donation. Results Comprehensive donor vigilance system involves rigorous screening, monitoring of donation procedures, systematic adverse event reporting, and long-term follow-up. Enhancing appropriate infrastructure, raising public awareness, leveraging the existing blood donor base, and developing a well-organized donor registries significantly improve the effectiveness of stem cell donor banks. Furthermore, addressing ethical considerations and offering psychological and social support play a vital role in fostering donor trust and encouraging active participation. Conclusions  Strengthening vigilance systems and raising public awareness regarding stem cell donation contribute not only for donor health and safety but also for optimizing transplant success and expanding patient access to life-saving therapies.
