تجزیه و تحلیل نمود. سپس عدد اولویت ریسک از حاصل ضرب سه شاخص شدت خطا، میزان احتمال وقوع خطا و قابلیت کشف خطا به دست آمد و بر مبنای آن خطاها اولویت‌‌بندی Then the risk priority number is obtained by multiplying the three indicators of failure severity (S), the failure probability of occurrence (O), and the failure detection (D).
