fa درخواست کراس‌مچ و مصرف خون در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر تبریز هماتولوژي Hematology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;">چکیده</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>سابقه و هدف </em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>مصرف و تقاضای خون در بیمارستان‌های زمان حاضر با توجه به مدیریت خون بیمار دچار چالش اساسی شده است. به‌ منظور تخمین میزان مصرف خون، داده‌های میزان تقاضا و مصرف به ازای هر بخش حائز اهمیت است. در این تحقیق وضعیت درخواست کراس‌مچ و مصرف خون در بخش‌های مختلف بزرگترین بیمارستان‌های شمال غرب کشور ایران(شماره 1 و 2)، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"><strong><em>مواد و روش‌ها</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>در این مطالعه گذشته‌نگر توصیفی، اطلاعات واحدهای خونی کراس‌مچ شده و مصرفی دو بیمارستان از استان آذربایجان شرقی جمع‌آوری شدند و نسبت واحدهای خونی کراس‌مچ شده به تزریق‌شده(</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">C&frasl;T</span></strong><strong>) محاسبه شدند. یافته‌ها توسط آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و 18 </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></strong><strong> تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. </strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>یافته‌ها</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>از 36210 واحد خونی کراس‌مچ شده، 19329 واحد تزریق شدند و از کل واحدهای کراس‌مچ شده، حدوداً 4/53% آن‌ها مصرف شدند. در کل نسبت کراس‌مچ به تزریق خون 9/1 بود. بیشترین </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">C&frasl;T</span></strong><strong> مربوط به بخش فک و صورت (4/10) و کمترین </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">C&frasl;T</span></strong><strong> مربوط به بخش </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">ICU</span></strong><strong> (3/1) بود.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong><em>نتیجه گیری</em></strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.25pt;"><strong>نسبت </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">C&frasl;T</span></strong><strong>، میزان درخواست و مصرف خون در مقایسه با جدول‌های </strong><strong><span dir="LTR">MSBOS</span></strong><strong> موجود در دنیا بالاتر است؛ و به نظر می‌رسد که باید وارد فاز مداخله به‌ منظور کاهش مصرف و استفاده از روش‌های مدیریت خون جهت کاهش مصرف خون شویم.</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:36.85pt;"></p><p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:1.9pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:35.1pt;"><strong><em>Background and Objectives</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">Blood consumption and request are the major challenge in the patient blood management program in hospitals at the present time. Blood request and consumption data for each part are important to estimate the amount of transfusion and blood ordering. In this study, transfusion and cross-matching status were evaluated in different wards of the two biggest hospitals in northwest of Iran.</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Materials and Methods</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">In the present descriptive, retrospective study, the data of cross matching and blood transfusion were collected from hospitals of Tabriz, and the C/T ratio was calculated. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using SPSS software version 18.</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Results</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">Of the 36210 blood units cross-matched, 19329 units had been transfused and about 46.6% were left unused. In total the C/T ratio was 1.9. The C/T ratio was the highest in the maxillofacial ward (10.4) and the lowest in ICU (1.3).</p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;"><strong><em>Conclusions</em></strong></p> <p style="margin-left:34.85pt;">The C/T ratio is above compared with MSBOS tables in the world.
