The ethical principles
The Blood Journal, adheres to all ethical principles and standards required for the publication of articles in all stages of acceptance and publication of articles, and authors can confidently benefit from the accuracy of the published articles.

Plagiarism
The journal examines all articles uploaded to the magazine's website for Plagiarism. If it is determined that all or part of the article, including images and graphs, has been taken from somewhere without attribution, or if any part of it is subject to Plagiarism, the article will be removed from the agenda and returned to the author for correction.  Cope flowchart 

Criteria for writing in scientific articles
All authors mentioned in scientific articles should have a significant scientific contribution to the research and validate the research findings. Therefore, non-authentic authors - individuals who have not had a real and influential contribution to the research - will be subject to the "Prevention of Non-authentic Authors" law. According to the criteria provided by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the criteria for considering someone as an author include the following: - Significant contribution to the idea or design of the work, acquisition of data, analysis or interpretation of study data. - Drafting the work or critically reviewing its scientific content. - Approval of the final version of the article before publication. - Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the study and ensuring the accuracy of each part of the work. ICMJE

The responsibilities of authors and the corresponding author
In CRediT aim to recognize author contributions, reduce authorship disputes, and facilitate their collaboration.
  • This opportunity allows authors to share detailed explanations of their various contributions to the published work.
  • CRediT does not change journal criteria for authorship eligibility in any way.
  • According to CRediT guidelines (regarding author roles), the corresponding author must ensure that the provided explanations are accurate and agreed upon by all authors.
  • All authors' roles must be listed. Authors may have multiple roles related to that article. Requests to add a new author's name to an article before publication (publication ethics guidelines) or after publication (publication ethics guidelines).
  • Requests to remove a author's name from an article before publication (publication ethics guidelines).
Retraction
According to the COPE guidelines (Article Retraction Guidelines), The journal can retract an article if any of the following conditions are present:
  • Clear evidence of unreliable findings, serious errors, or fabrication that constitute Plagiarism.
  • The article contains content or data for which there is no permission to use.
  • Serious legal issues such as defamation, privacy violations, etc. are present.
  • Unethical research is reported. Failure to disclose conflicts of interest.
Limitations on publishing articles
If any of the violations mentioned above are found in an article, the journal reserves the right to take the following restrictions against the author or authors of that article:
  • The journal always retains all rights to restitution for articles that have been published with violations, and in this regard, acts in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
  • Articles that have violated the rules are promptly rejected, and we apologize to the authors of the article for not accepting the article again.
  • If an author has violated, they cannot be given the opportunity to review articles or become a member of the editorial board.
